Facial Muscles  Video & Book    Testimonials

Why look older than you need to:

How can this program help.
The face-up facial exercise program was developed to involve the entire face, plus the scalp and neck. The muscles of these three areas work together like a machine, when all three areas are toned, the face will  have a natural lift and a more youthful appearance.

How  does face-up compare with other programs?
Most of the other facial exercise programs involve only part of , or in some cases,a small part of the total structure. This program is a complete facial exercise.

How does face-up compare with a face lift?
A face lift shortens the muscles to give lift to the face, and pulls the skin tight to lessen lines and wrinkles, but does nothing to tone and firm the muscles to give a lasting result. After a period of time the skin will begin to sag again and eventually you are back to the need of another face lift. If too much stretching is done to the skin, the tissue becomes thin and even though it is tight across the face, it can have a bony look, which takes away from the very look you are trying to achieve.

How does face-up compare with cremes and lotions?
Skin care products, when used properly, clean, soften and give a youthful glow to the skin, but do nothing to lift the face. Although a good skin care regimen is important to smooth looking skin, it is muscle tone that defies gravity, and gives a firm appearance.

Is 60 years old too old to start facial exercise?
No! No age is the wrong age.
When proper facial exercise involving the scalp, face and neck is started at any age,  the muscles still have the ability to be restored to good tone and give a firmer, younger appearance. Of course with any facial exercise program, starting early in life will keep the face toned and sagging muscles will not be an issue until late in life, if ever.

Now and later
If immediate results is an issue, the best plan is to schedule a face lift, and do facial exercises before and after the surgery. This will strengthen the muscles before the surgery and make the healing process faster, because the glands in the skin will be more active and the skin will be more supple. Then exercise after the surgery to keep the muscles toned and have a more lasting effect.

Skin care products
Skin care products are always important, to keep the skin clean and soft no matter what is done for the structure of the face.

Face-up exercise is highly beneficial, even if you are having a face lift. Before surgery, to firm and shape the muscles and make the surgery more effective, and after the surgery to give more lasting benefit to the lift. It works, and only takes about 5 to 8 minutes a day, in the privacy of your own home.

A face lift shortens the muscles - it does not firm them.

Face-up exercise does the following:
  • Stimulates blood circulation to feed surface cells
  • Rejuvenates elasticity and natural collagen
  • Plumps sunken areas
  • Tightens and brightens the skin
  • Smooths fine lines and lessens deeper lines
  • Helps regulate glands and promotes a healthier complexion
